AI and quantum arrive on top of old technology that won’t simply move aside. Sovereignty has become a board-level question: whose cloud, whose data, whose rules. Teams are asked to keep delivering while the ground shifts under them. Knowledge walks out with an ageing workforce. Generations sit in the same teams with different needs. And the transformation meant to hold it all together is often agile in name, stuck in practice.
I don’t solve this from above. I step into one context, a leadership team, a division, a single office, and look systemically at what’s really going on.
And I start with what already works. That’s where the energy is to move the rest. What you give attention to grows.
What you do with it is your call. But you can’t move what you can’t see.
Technology is making a leap so large that it asks for an equal leap in how we lead and how we work.
The question that matters isn’t what the technology can do. It’s who we want to be alongside it.
