Which moment are you in? That decides the form.
One big room, one honest conversation, or deep work in cycles. Here’s how to choose.
All three in English or Dutch.
One form can open the door to the next: a keynote becomes a working session, a working session becomes a cycle. And within a cycle, the other two become instruments.
Signal Seeking.Four sides, one picture.
Signal Seeking is how I read an organisation. Not the noise, but the signals: on every side at once, and through the technology moving through all of them.
MindsetHow we think. What leaders believe, and what they quietly assume.
CultureHow we relate. What works between people, what grates, and what stays unspoken.
PracticeWhat we do. The habits, the skills, the way work actually gets done.
StructureWhat we work in. Decisions, systems, governance, and where value leaks away.
And through all four, the technology. As a media archaeologist, I read what it changes on every side, often before anyone names it.
Most organisations work on one side, usually the structure. Signal Seeking brings all four into one room, and the conversation itself becomes the intervention.
The four sides build on Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory and the Integral Agile Transformation Framework by Michael K. Spayd and Michele Madore. Signal Seeking is my way of reading them.
How I work.
For The Moment and The Conversation we agree a fixed price up front. For The Frequency, a day rate agreed per cycle, with the outcomes we set at the start. I don’t read your tech stack; I read how your culture responds to it. I speak the language of delivery, value, flow, quality, speed, and the portfolio choices above them. And I step out before you get used to me.
Some questions need expertise beyond my own. I have a network of kindred specialists for exactly those moments. I bring them in when it counts, and stay the constant throughout.
Let’s talk.
Not sure which form fits? That’s what the first conversation is for.
Not a pitch. Not a proposal.
Now booking for 2027. The conversation can start today.
